Introduction

Digital Goods

Since we deal with digital goods (medical illustrations), which are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. We encourage our customers to first take advantage of our free sample illustrations to assess the quality and relevance before making a purchase decision.

Exceptions

We only make exceptions with this rule when:

1. The digital file is not as described or is corrupted. In this case, a replacement file will be sent. If we are unable to deliver a replacement, a full refund will be issued
2. You are charged twice due to a technical glitch. A full refund for the duplicate charge will be issued upon request.
3. There are compelling reasons considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
